Description: As the result of a small electrical fire, elementary school received extensive smoke damage throughout and needed to be completely cleaned and renovated prior to the start of the 2003-2004 school year. After assisting customer with maximizing insurance claim, we removed and disposed of all smoke and fire-damaged material, carpeting, suspended ceiling, insulation batts, and the majority of the HVAC ductwork. Entire facility was cleaned by HEPA vacuuming and wet wiping from top to bottom. We also mechanically cleaned and deodorized remaining HVAC ductwork. Project was completed weeks ahead of schedule and facility was successfully completed in time for the start of the new school year.
